How parents are responsible also for kids’ screen time, and I think that matters a lot.

I wish Dr. Gupta had talked about how to disconnect more. Like things that will help you put the phone down.

Raise hands and say keep them raised if you have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 hours on screen daily.
